Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it.
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
The product must be unused and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
